Jill Brody

Photographer Jill Brody was born and raised in New York. She attended Antioch College and has degrees from the University of Illinois, Adelphi University and Harvard Divinity School. Over the past twenty years she has worked primarily in Montana and Rhode Island, and also has a body of work completed in China. She has had over a dozen solo shows and been in scores of group shows. Her book, “Drummond: Ranch Life in the West,” came out in 2004. She is currently completing “Living In The Wind,” another community-based photo essay in Chester, Montana, as well as continuing with other work, some of which you can view in these portfolios.

She lives with her husband, Herb Emers, in Providence, RI.
